Our aim is to understand the so-called ethical consumer better than anyone else. To befriend them, offer them a cup of fair trade tea and see whether they’d prefer organic. We’d like to know what they’re reading at the moment, and why. What they feed their families, where they buy their groceries and how they get them home. We’d like to know where they plan to take their next holiday and how they’ll get there. And if they think their choices matter at all.
